We decided 3 great features were not enough. The Stand Out From The Rest Ads are
the ads for which our users have the option to view first before any other online listing. A Stand
Out From The Rest Ad is a one page website with 1 to 10 images, map to find your location,
description about the home for rent, links for local business's close to your location, and
lets the user know what is close to the home (schools, transit, malls, and etc.). All this for
the low monthly cost of $25.00 to $50.00 per month (depending on which template you choose).
After purchasing an ad, it will appear on the front page of the city which it is located in, and can be viewed
before all of the online listings in it's area. Each ad will be given its own domain name so it can be
visted outside from the BCPads.com website (paper ads and so on).
